PC Card Adapter Flow

Psion --> rs232 --> max3243cai --> ttl --> Siemens CAB C165 LF --> PCMCIA

Notes

• The C165 does not have hardware flow control pins (just rx/tx) so must bit-bang the flow control.
• The cable has 10 pins and is socketed - looks like molex
• Cable wires:
  • Black (sheathed)
  • Blue
  • Brown
  • Red
  • White
  • Yellow
  • Black
  • Green
  • Orange
  • Red/White
• Looks like there are 2 extra wires in the cable that aren't used and cut down.

  • First will just continuity test against the max3243
