kiwix::getNetworkInterfacesIPv4Or6()

Browse Source 
- Restored kiwix::getNetworkInterfaces() API to the version before
  support for IPv6 was introduced

- Renamed the new API method to kiwix::getNetworkInterfacesIPv4Or6()
