Convert CONFIG_JFFS2_DEV et al to Kconfig

   CONFIG_JFFS2_DEV
   CONFIG_JFFS2_LZO
   CONFIG_JFFS2_NAND
   CONFIG_JFFS2_PART_OFFSET
   CONFIG_JFFS2_PART_SIZE
