configs: fsl: migrate FMAN/QE specific defines to Kconfig

Use moveconfig.py script to convert CONFIG_SYS_FMAN_FW_ADDR,
CONFIG_SYS_QE_FW_ADDR and CONFIG_SYS_QE_FMAN_FW_LENGTH to Kconfig and
move these entries to defconfigs.
