test: cmd: fdt: Rename fdt_test_resize() to fdt_test_addr_resize()

The 'fdt' command has a 'resize' subcommand, rename the fdt_test_resize()
to fdt_test_addr_resize() to avoid confusion about what it is testing.
There is currently no resize test.
