The cedit dump command uses CONFIG_CMD_EDIT_DUMP but the Kconfig
defines CONFIG_CMD_CEDIT_DUMP. Fix the code to use the correct name.
With this, the command is actually enabled on sandbox.

Rename the existing expo_apply_theme() to expo_setup_theme() and adjust
the former so that it applies a theme which has already been read into
the struct. This will make it easier for tests to check theme
adjustments, since they won't have to put them in a node.
Add the white-on-black property into the theme struct while we are.

Using an abuf for this function simplifies returning the size and also
makes it easier to free memory afterwards. Update the API and callers.

Coreboot provides the CMOS layout in the tables it passes to U-Boot.
Use that to build an editor for the CMOS settings.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7.

- Generally we just drop the #ifdef CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP and endif lines
and use U_BOOT_LONGHELP to declare the same variable name as before
- In a few places, either rename the variable to follow convention or
introduce the variable as it was being done inline before.

Add a command to read edit settings from CMOS RAM, using the cedit
definition to indicate which registers and bits are used.

Add a command to write cedit settings to CMOS RAM so that it can be
preserved across a reboot. This uses a simple bit-encoding, where each
field has a 'bit position' and a 'bit length' in the schema.

Support writing settings from an expo into a file in FDT format. It
consists of a single node with a two properties for each sceneitem,
one with tag ID chosen by the user and another for its text value.

Add a new 'cedit' command which allows editing configuration using an
expo. The configuration items appear as menus on the display.
This is extremely basic, only supporting menus and not providing any way
to load or save the configuration.
