The name 'x86a' must be parsed as a branch name, not as versio 86 of
branch 'x'. Correct the regex and add a test for this.

This function is needed by 'patman status', meaning that it must import
cser_helper which needs pygit2
Move it to patchstream so that pygit2 is not needed for the
'patman status' command.

In some cases latin1 encoding may be used in source files. If
'high-ascii' are used, patman may report an error:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xf3 in
position 1051: invalid continuation byte
Fix this by replacing these characters. This may cause the patch to fail
to apply, but at least it can be checked.

In some cases we want to collect all lines in the commit message so that
the commit can be recreated with the same message as before, or perhaps
with light filtering.
Add support for this.

If a series is sent without a cover letter, there is no indication of
the base commit. Add support for this, since single patches of small
series may not always have a cover letter.

It is helpful to know which commit patches are based on, even if that
commit might not be available to readers. Add a tag for this in the
cover letter.
Also add the local-branch name since that may be useful to the writer.

Python strings have their own notion of backslash-escaping, and that can
conflict with the intentions for strings passed to the 're' module. In
particular, I get warnings like this:
tools/patman/../patman/commit.py:9: SyntaxWarning: invalid escape sequence '\s'
re_subject_tag = re.compile('([^:\s]*):\s*(.*)')
We should use a raw string (r'...') so that all escaping is passed into
the regex module, not interpreted within the string itself.

When a patch is added to a series after the initial version, there are no
changes to note except that it is new. This is typically done to suppress
the "(no changes in vN)" message. It's also nice to add a change to the
cover letter so reviewers know there is an additional patch. Add a tag to
automate this process a bit.
There are two nits with the current approach:
- It favors '-' as a bullet point, but some people may prefer '*' (or
something else)
- Tags (e.g. 'patman: ' in 'patman: foo bar') are not stripped. They are
probably just noise in most series, but they may be useful for treewide
series to distinguish 'gpio: frobnicate' from 'reset: frobnicate', so
I've left them in.

exception is Patch-cc. Add a Commit-cc alias so we can use whichever one is
convenient.

A Change-Id can be useful for traceability purposes, and some projects
may wish to have them preserved. This change makes it configurable
via a new 'keep_change_id' setting.

The patman directory has a number of modules which are used by other tools
in U-Boot. This makes it hard to package the tools using pypi since the
common files must be copied along with the tool that uses them.
To address this, move these files into a new u_boot_pylib library. This
can be packaged separately and listed as a dependency of each tool.

Add support for parsing the contents of a patchwork 'patch' web page
containing comments received from reviewers. This allows patman to show
these comments in a simple 'snippets' format.
A snippet is some quoted code plus some unquoted comments below it. Each
review is from a unique person/email and can produce multiple snippets,
one for each part of the code that attracts a comment.
Show the file and line-number info at the top of each snippet if
available.

sometimes be made. Add an option to create a new branch with the review

If the Series-xxx tag is not recognised patman currently reports a fatal
error. This is inconvenient if a new feature is later added to patman that
an earlier version does not support.
Report a warning instead, to allow the user to take action if needed, but
still allow operation to proceed.

At present warnings are produced across the whole set of patches when
parsing them. It is more useful to associate each warning with the patch
(or commit) that generated it.
Attach warnings to the Commit object and move them out of PatchStream.
Also avoid generating duplicate warnings for the same commit.

Add a new function in PatchStream to collect the warnings generated while
parsing the stream. This will allow us to adjust the logic, such as
dealing with per-commit warnings.
Two of the warnings are in fact internal errors, so change them to raise
and exception.

This patch adds support to multi-line changes. That is, if one has a line
in a changelog like
- Do a thing but
it spans multiple lines
Using Series-process-log sort would sort as if those lines were unrelated.
With this patch, any change line starting with whitespace will be
considered part of the change before it.
