Stephen Warren fa02d1a31f hooks: download.l4t-exec-uboot: specify device instance
When multiple Tegra devices are attached to a host, the tools must be told
to interact with the correct one. Pass the --instance argument to
exec-uboot.sh, which passes it to tegraflash.py, which passes it to
tegrarcm.

Note that you need a modified version of exec-uboot.sh to handle this
option. Hopefully it'll be included in a future L4T release.
