When multiple Tegra devices are attached to a host, the tools must be told to interact with the correct one. Pass the --instance argument to exec-uboot.sh, which passes it to tegraflash.py, which passes it to tegrarcm. Note that you need a modified version of exec-uboot.sh to handle this option.
