Simon Glass a68c0625aa smbios: coreboot: Update smbios_get_header() to use smbios_info ...

Use the smbios_info struct in this function, so it can deal with any
version of SMBIOS table.

Also update smbios_update_version_full() to work the same way.

Drop find_next_header() which is now unused.
