Heinrich Schuchardt acfe1def3f efi_loader: simplify accessing variables 
Use efi_get_variable_int() instead of EFI_CALL(RT->get_variable()).
Use efi_set_variable_int() instead of EFI_CALL(efi_set_variable()).
