Nikita Kiryanov f9f6686ff8 cm_t35: update lcd predefines ...

Current predefines do not fit cm-t3730 very well (some of them produce
artifacts in the image).
Update LCD predefines to accommodate both cm-t35 and cm-t3730 modules.
